a final review of the plot

Hello, my darling,
Turning the last pages and finally closing the book I feel I need to tell you about my impressions. Last two weeks my book was with me everywhere because I just could not tear myself away from it. It was so fascinating and bright and the end of the story surprised me so much that I am eager to relate you everything. I am sure you are bursting with curiosity, so, listen.
As you remember the main heroine Holly had letters from her died husband Gerry in which he was trying to bring her back to her normal life. She was trying to follow his advice: she got a job she loved and she met a man. They became good friends. His name was Daniel. Just as I thought, he had fallen in love with her from the first sight. You know, my dear, I had been thinking for the half of the book that at the end they would be together but I had mistaken. The author decided that her heroine was not ready for the relationships with Daniel and after some reflections I agreed with the author. She was right because Daniel was not for Holly. He was a good friend who had been helping her and that is all. She was not in love with him. Step by step Holly was starting her new life without Gerry and finally she managed to do it. And after all she was ready to the future. But still the end was unpredictable for me and it means that the book was a good one.I had great time reading it and I am glad that the choice at the beginnig was right.
